We want you to be completely satisfied with GateCoupon. If the Plugin does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date - no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to support@gatecoupon.com with your order number or the email address used during purchase.
  2. We will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
  3. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

What Happens After a Refund

  • Your license key will be deactivated and PRO features will no longer be available.
  • You will no longer receive automatic updates or priority support.
  • The free version of the Plugin will continue to work normally. You are welcome to keep using it.

Refund Eligibility

Eligible

  • Any purchase within 14 days, regardless of reason.
  • Technical issues that we are unable to resolve.
  • Plugin does not work as described.

Not eligible

  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
  • Licenses that have been revoked due to Terms of Service violations (e.g. unauthorized distribution of the license key).
  • Purchases where the customer has already received a refund for the same product in the past.

Renewals

If your license auto-renews and you did not intend to renew, you may request a refund of the renewal charge within 14 days of the renewal date.

Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. Refunds are always for the full purchase amount of the most recent transaction.
